    Policies and Procedures:  MLS Listings & Changes to Listings

  • We promise to list your home on the MLS not later than the next business day from when you complete ALL steps. But you must complete ALL STEPS before we can make that guarantee.
  • We DO NOT list properties on the MLS over the weekend. Cut off time for the Weekend is 5:00 PM on Friday.
  • Be Advised: REALTOR.com and other websites may take several days to get your information from the MLS system. We do not guarantee immediate posting of your MLS information on REALTOR.com or any other website.
  • Our fees do NOT include Buyer Broker commissions.
